What are the benefits of Shopify? It’s user-friendly by offering an easily adjustable website, third-party usability, 24/7 customer service, abandoned cart recovery, shipping discount options, and the option to sell online or in-person.
What are the cons of Shopify? Very pricy plans, especially when compared to other e-commerce builder options, limited free themes, and high transaction fees.
Now, what are the benefits of WooCommerce? It’s free to download, flexible, with extension options, pre-installed payment gateways, built-in shipping, marketing & seo options, and easy to set up.
What are the cons of WooCommerce? Expensive extensions, and no 24/7 support.
While Shopify might be very pricy overall, WooCommerce is a tough sell when there’s no 24/7 support for whenever things go wrong.
